uneven stay
dark room slow housekeeping
the location was decent for exploring the area near the hotel.
the room was quite dark i needed a flashlight to see things in my suitcase also the bed was against the wall making it hard to get in and out on one side it took over 20 minutes for housekeeping to bring what i requested and turndown service felt incomplete

Awesome Room and Features!
great service spacious shower separate sinks
The room size was fantastic, especially considering it's a room around here. Treats were provided. I found cookies, chocolate, and champagne. I received stellar service. The shower was also super spacious. It had great pressure. I think there were two separate sinks too.
My only issue was that some of the lighting controls were confusing. I couldn't figure out how to dim the lights. It took me a while to understand the system.

stylish but flawed stay
dim lighting subpar cleaning
the hotel's location was indeed good, close to many points of interest.
The room was not very practical and looked designed more for looks than for comfort. The lighting was dim. i noticed a pee smell in the shower that became stronger when the water was running. The cleaning was also subpar, with the bed barely made and dirty dishes left untouched.

complex lighting system slow breakfast service
I encountered a few issues . The lighting system in the room was overly complex. It took me a while to figure out how to operate it effectively. Breakfast service was also slow one morning. I waited an unreasonably long time for my order.

fantastic stay
seating area rainfall shower
I chose a beautiful room that included a seating area. The room also featured A MINIBAR stocked with various drinks and snacks. I found two separate sinks in the bathroom. The rainfall shower was a GREAT feature.
The lighting control system proved unnecessarily complex. Operating it required some patience. I struggled to find the right settings.

The hotel is super close to the heart of the area. It offers accessibility to MANY attractions. Getting around to explore different parts of the city was quite easy and convenient.

the STAFF was cute and provided an early check-in. Theo at the reception desk was helpful. The team's attentiveness and assistance ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay.

Acceptable stay near Le Marais
good taste luxurious decoration attentive staff excellent experience missing corkscrew limited service room disorganization
The room was equipped with everything needed. The location is close to shops. The staff seemed attentive to giving an excellent experience. The hotel decoration is tasteful and luxurious, NOT over the top.
I found some disorganization. It took 30 minutes to get two drinks at the bar because of a missing corkscrew. The cleaning lady entered the room, even after seeing that we were present. Evening service was quite limited, with no removal of empty glasses or bottles.
